What is special about dual study is the combination of academic teaching and practical training. We offer corresponding study courses in cooperation with various universities (see below). All study models aim at obtaining the title Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science.
"Theory goes practice". By alternating between theory classes and practical phases in the company, you can put your theoretical knowledge directly into professional practice. In doing so, you will take on increasingly challenging tasks.
Efficient completion of studies. No semesters are wasted in a dual study programme. The special structure of the programme guarantees that you will complete your academic education within the allotted time (three or three and a half years, depending on the course). Status and feedback discussions with your supervisor further promote success.
Intensive supervision. You will receive an individually customised training framework plan. In addition, skilled contact persons will be available to you in every specialist department.
High retention rate. Our aim is to take you on as a trainee or at entry-level after you have completed your studies. Over 90 percent of our students pursue a career at WAREMA.
Financial support. If you study at WAREMA, you won't need to worry about living costs. You will receive appropriate pay, book allowance and a travel allowance.
Is the world calling? If you would like to improve your language skills, gain intercultural experience and broaden your horizons, we will be happy to help you plan and and implement a stay abroad.
You have a very good chance of continuing to work at WAREMA after completing your dual study. As a family-owned company, we pursue a long-term corporate and personnel policy and aim to retain employees over the long term. Our retention rate is equally high.
What happens next depends on your performance in the company and your continued willingness to learn. Many graduates participate in our trainee programme after their studies - it offers them the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the company in a structured way. But direct entry is also possible if you already found your ideal job during the practical phases. If you also have several years of work experience, we also offer you the opportunity to undertake an extra-occupational master's course.
